1. Transferring her money. Don't send money to someone who you just met on Internet site. Remember that a true-hearted woman would not beg; she has too much self-esteem. For another thing, she has managed to live for more than twenty years without your “help”. Why does she need your help now? Any Russian lady who asks you for cash is only trying to deceive you. A Russian lady does not believe the two of you to be in a serious relationship until you have met in person! Would you give cash to an American woman that you had just met? Understand it. It is just not clever and sets you up for problems (and makes the women consider it is simple and encourages more of the similar behavior).
2. Not questioning. You are searching for a help mate, not someone to just spend the time. Eastern European women are serious (for the most part) and they deserve the proper attitude. Besides, if you do not put her questions to find out more about her, her family etc… she will sooner or later decide that you are not serious. Then she will leave you, or just will try to get the most out of you! If you are truly looking for a wife, you should be asking her all kinds of questions! Not only ask all kinds of questions, but put them several times in various ways, just to see if you get consistent answers By the way it's a great way to protect yourself from a scam!
3. Giving her the pictures she doesn't need. Don't give her pictures of your house or other prized possession. If you do, women who are after wealth will be around you. An ordinary girl from Eastern Europe is more concerned about your heart than she is about your money. If you concentrate on your things, she will possibly decide you are superficial and not serious person. Focusing on your money only will work on girls from the US, the most shallow and insecure women in the world! The former Soviet Union is not the US, you do not need to impress these women with money! Show them your personality, your preferences, how you think and feel and you'll get a thankful wife.
4. Not preparing seriously for a visit. Do you know that in order to bring her to your country as a fiancee, you have to go to her country? Yes, it is the only possible way she will be able to get a visa to the USA. An Eastern European lady, if she is serious, will need to meet you. You have to be prepared to make a trip to her country some day. A lady will generally give you about 6 months to tell her you will come. Then some more months for you to get yourself over there. If you make her wait longer than this she will decide you are a shallow and probably write to a man she would consider is more serious! Just be ready emotionally and monetarily.
5. Not thinking about a backup plan. It's a huge error! If you finally go to Eastern Europe, you never know what will wait for you there. Be prepared to get a few unexpected experiences! No matter how many letters you have exchanged with your bride or how many times you called her, once you see her in reality, things will change. Probably you two look at each other and understand it will not work. Your emergency plan will help you if it happens. And do not make a trip just for one lady (unless you have already met). Meet several. Also try to have good relations with at least one of the local agencies in the city you are going to. Write down their address and phone numbers. Then, if something unexpected happens, you will be able to call another service and meet other women.
